Why was the site made?
The site was made because there is no other site good enough to create an atmosphere that has, in essence, all forms of writing in one area. It’s a multipurpose site dedicated to everyone that likes a little of everything.
Who is the creator?
The creator of the site is Rinsa AKA Admin. With the help of a few friends and family, the site was born to flourish and grow.
What is the site about?
The site is about bringing people from different types of writing styles and environments together into one site. It is dedicated to bring about a new community.
When did the site develop?
The site developed around June of 2009, but with some technical details did not get through rigorous testing until May of 2010.
THAR RULES!
1)Cyber Bullying: This means no attacking each other verbally by any means. It is NOT tolerated and will receive one warning before being permanently banned from the site.
2)Swear Words: Swear Words are allowed to an extent. Meaning the odd swear word is allowed, but every other word being a swear word isn't. Two warnings will be given before a 1 week ban from the site.
3)Sexual Innuendo: Subcategories: Pictures, Roleplays, Lemons/Fanfiction, General Chat
Pictures: All pictures must not show too much cleavage. Meaning, clothes must cover all genitalia completely.
Roleplays: Please make sure that anything that is rated R is kept in the Mature Sections. All roleplays must have a storyline and must not be completely about sex. This also applies to Pregnancy.
Lemons/Fanfiction: All Lemons must be kept in the Adult Section. If your story is currently in the General section, then please link your readers to the Adult Section. If you underage and cannot write there, then you shouldn't be writing it at all.
General Chat: There will be no threads started to talk about sex and/or to find someone to cyber-sex with.
If you are caught doing any of the listed above (this also includes any loopholes you may find!), you will be banned from the site without a warning.
4)Rating System: This site is rated PG-13. Meaning if you are under 13 years of age, you must have parental permission to be on here. There is content that is not appropriate for children under 13 years of age, but measures on the site have been made to make sure that they are protected from it. All forums have a different rating system. Please go by this guide:
PG: Some material not suited for younger children
PG13: Some material not suited for children under 13. Teen Sections.
R: Material not suited for children under 18 years of age. Mature Sections.
5)Hacking: This is not tolerated on RapidReaper in any means. If you are caught, your IP Address will be sent to the ISP. As well, you will be permanently banned from the site.
6)Usernames: You are allowed to choose one username. There is no changing it.
7)Threads: Please do not post in all capital letters. It is not necessary. This means titles as well as replies. It is considered yelling and we want to keep things civil here at RapidReaper.
8 )Illegal Content: Nothing. Ziltch. Nadda. Zero Tolerance. You will be banned from the site without any warning.
9)Admins/Mods: Do not argue with the Admins/Mods. You may calmly PM Rinsa AKA Admin with the situation, but do not expect much of a change. Rinsa is the only one that can ban you from the site.
10)Plagiarism: Stealing, taking, etc is not tolerated. If you do wish to use another user’s idea/roleplay/fanfiction then you must follow these steps:
a)Private Message the user of the idea/roleplay/fanfiction asking in a CIVIL MANNER if you may use their idea/roleplay/fanfiction.
b)IF THEY SAY YES! Then that user must then Private Message Rinsa with this form:
Givers Username:
Givees Username:
Original Thread URL:
Copy of both the sent and the replied Private Message:
You will then be given permission from Rinsa and must put in “Copyright of [username here]” in the first post of the thread.
c)IF THEY SAY NO! Then leave it be.
Any violation of this is a 2 week ban from the site. If it happens again, then it is a month. Three times becomes a permanent ban from the site.
11)Attachments: Any attachments that contain viruses, trojans, etc is of no concern to RapidReaper. Open at your own risk! If you do not know who it is from, then do not open it! As for safety precaution, Attachments have been disabled.
12)Spamming: Do not submit more than one of your threads at once just to get more people. One or two is fine, but more than that will be considered spam. Do not consistently harass people over PM or in their own threads. This is considered both harassment (a form of cyber bullying) and spamming. Do not post over and over again.
13)Passwords: Staff will not ask for your password. Do not give out your password to anyone; there is no exception to this rule! Keep it safe and secure. If you are going away for a little while, then have a friend keep an eye on things for you. There is no need to give away your password for any circumstance.
14)News/Updates: Any changes pertaining to the site will either be emailed to you or will be posted in the News thread.
15)COPPA: If you are under the age of 13, then you must have a parent's permission to be on this site. The parent has all obligations to contact us to delete the child's account without the child's permission and knowledge. Any concerns or questions can be sent to Rinsa AKA Admin.
